Roku remote Volume & power issues

My remote was working perfectly and last week the volume stopped and power button. My tv is asking if I have a DX Antenba Tx. I have absolutely no clue what that is. It's an Emerson and I put that in,  still nothing. 
I have an old GE antenna i plug in for local tv. No repairing is working. Help!

    We understand you're having issues with your Roku remote buttons. Could you share a bit more info about this?

    • When did you encounter this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • Can you tell us the message/code that appears on the TV screen?

    In the meantime, you can setup the TV control in settings for power and volume buttons.
