Roku remote purchased online not working correctly

JUST purchased a remote from you people..... NO WAY TO CONTACT anyone .... its a run around SITUATION... the stupid thing hearing device on it WILL NOT TURN UP ... the remote is dead in a matter of h...

    Roku doesn’t have a solar remote.  If it is rechargeable, try plugging it in for around 5 hours.  You may not have noticed the charging port since its under the purple Roku tag.

    I’m not sure what “the stupid thing hearing device on it WILL NOT TURN UP” means but perhaps something on the page linked above, plus a full charge, will help.
