Where are you located? I seem to recall someone saying the same thing and he was located where I believe the voice feature isn't supported.

renojim Why would you soft lock a feature and make it available to the rest. when it should be available from the start? it just make it hard to recommend roku to my friends if this is the case. and I'll just return my device at this point.
And English is the 2nd language of the Philippines. so it's not that hard for us to use it. So why limit?
