Roku remote not functioning as it should

Question

So recently i just purchased a Roku Streaming stick 4K.

I was watching YouTube or Netflix and i want to use the voice option as was advertised but Every time i press the voice button on the remote it just jump straight on the streaming main menu and will force close any apps i was using. did the Shortcut on my roku voice remote got mess up during installion, how do i fix? i already did the recommend trouble shooting but nothing works.

Where are you located?&nbsp; I seem to recall someone saying the same thing and he was located where I believe the voice feature isn't supported.

renojim&nbsp;Why would you soft lock a feature and make it available to the rest. when it should be available from the start? it just make it hard to recommend roku to my friends if this is the case. and I'll just return my device at this point.And English is the 2nd language of the Philippines. so it's not that hard for us to use it. So why limit?
