Roku remote non responsive
I have a Samsung smart TV I am trying to pair my Roku streaming stick 4K. My TV is on and says Roku but I cannot get my new Roku remote control to work. It’s like it’s dead. batteries are fresh and new, in properly.
yesterday I was having difficulties I did see the pairing button aluminate, but I was frustrated and walked away. So today I’m re-trying.
should I be trying to re-pare this new remote and how would I do that? Thank you any help would be appreciated.
If it never gets past the startup animation then I would suspect a problem with the power adapter. Make sure you're using the one that was supplied and not the TV's USB port.
