Roku remote keeps scrolling please help

I have 2 rokus and the remotes on both of them stopped working. When I press the arrow keys on them the Roku light starts blinking really fast and keeps scrolling. This just started yesterday on one and this morning on the other. I've tried system and wifi resetting and nothing. It just keeps doing it. It is a Roku Express (both of them).

    Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. This can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
