Roku remote keeps losing tv power & volume controls
Agreed. I am so frustrated with our 4 month old Roku remote constantly losing TV control. This is obviously a global issue that Roku had better fix or continue to lose customers.

Roku remote keeps losing tv power & volume controls on my Visio tv. This may happen a couple times and a may not happen again for a couple of days. I have reset the remote and reset it up from the set up menu numerous times but it keeps happening.
Have you updated/reinstalled the firmware in the secret menu yet?
yes i have. I have the most current firmware. Swapping out for the other remote (same model) worked. Which is strange but at this point. It works so even though this isn't resolved I found a solution that works for me.
