Roku remote is not with directional pad after hisense roku tv factory reset

Hi roku community,

amazon prime, youtbube and netflix app crashed durin movie watch time many times. So I did factory reset my hisense roku tv. after restarting of TV it stucked with language selection as it is initial page becouse the navigation(direction keys ) and Ok button is not working. Power button is working with remote. i can restart and shut down the tv with remote but directional key are not working with remote. before factory reset remote was working fine with all keys.
