Roku remote has sticky keys and doesn't hold charge

Same projects for me also doesn't hold a charge foe as long as is claimed.

I feel if so may people are having  this problem something is obviously wrong with the remote.

As far as using my phone or any other way to control my roku without using the remote we bought does not solve the problem so we should either get to exchange it for another one that works right or are money back. Why would I buy something that i have to set aside and use an alternative. That's stupid and we aren't stupid. This really makes mad that those are the only fixes you can come up with.
