Roku Remote Controlling wrong devices

First time posting. I rearranged the TV's in my game room a few months ago. I have 2 TV's, with 2 Roku's sitting about 10 feet apart from each other. My problem is, my Roku remote controls both Roku...

    Thanks. I spoke with support 2 hours ago via chat. The solution was to unplug both Roku devices and remove the batteries out of the remotes. Then power on one Roku, wait until it gets to the main menu. Insert batteries into remote. On remote press back and home simultaneously for 5 seconds. You will see pairing on the screen and the remote has been paired.

    Rinse and repeat for the second remote and device. Issue went away a few hours ago and has not come back (yet). Hopefully, that works long term.

If you have two Rokus connected to two TVs in the same room things like this can happen.

I have the same issue, I solved it by only plugging in the Roku I'm currently using and I unplug the Roku connected to the other TV I am not using.

The Roku remote will only activate the Roku that has power, not the other. Problem solved.

    I have 2 TCL TV's in close proximity in the game room and this didn't work the remotes won't go into pairing mode.... Making my crazy because I watch football on one and NASCAR on the other.....

      This solution ultimately did not last for me. I ended up replacing both my Roku devices in my living room with a completely different product that doesn't suffer from this issue. Hopefully, Roku fixes this in the future, but as of right now they have no practical solution. Only terrible work around solutions. And as a result, they are driving customers/power users away to other products.

      Pheonixupinya, there's not enough information to offer any help.  Only voice remotes can be paired.  If you don't have voice remotes, they will control both TVs.

      No voice and yup your right tried everything going to try and place a physical barrier to maybe block the orc somehow...

    marthastewart20, I'm glad you got it worked out, but you missed the whole point of the "thought exercise".  Roku voice remotes use Wi-Fi direct, not Bluetooth, along with IR.
