Roku remote buttons not working

Hi, my Roku is about 6 months old, and probably a month ago the 4 arrows on the remote stopped working. I have to press really hard to get the left/right/up/down arrows to move in the respective direction.

    I’m having the exact issue everyone in this thread is having, can you please assist in replacing my remote?
