Roku remote battery keeps draining
My Roku express (I think that's the one) remote drains after being in for a few hours. I thought it was the battery, but I've changed them several times and each time the same thing. Can you help, please?

Does your remote use WiFi or is it IR only?
Noticed it takes the top edge off the batteries, meaning when I remove the batteries they still test almost new, yet not enough power to power the remote.
This occurs on my WiFi Voice remote, my simple IR remote, the batteries still last a couple years.
