Yes, I do check the email associated with my account . . . . Indeed, I know to keep coming back to this thread to re-state again & again that I’ve gotten no reach out from Roku tech because I get email notifications when new posts are made.
But no, there is nothing in my email from Roku tech. Just the emails letting me know you are once again suggesting I check my email for a note that Roku tech support never sends. . .
