Roku problem, don't know if it's the remote or tv system

So my roku tv has had a lot of glitching in the past week and sometimes I click the button but every button on the remote registers as the same thing. No matter what button I press it all registers as the confirm button in the middle of the arrows. Pls help.

    If I had this issue, the first thing I would try would be a full restart of the set.  Since you can't control with the remote at the moment, pull the power plug for a short while then plug it back in.
