Roku Pro TV Screensaver Not Working

The new Roku Pro 75" TV just set up last week has now shown me another problem. When watching something on Amazon Prime TV or Netflix and I pause the movie/documentary, etc, no screensaver activates. I've gone through and checked various things, but cannot find anything telling me what the problem is. On the TV I am replacing with the Roku TV, I have the Roku Ultra streaming device connected and that setup the screensaver activates when I pause something I'm watching on Amazon Prime or Netflix. Have now had this new Roku Pro 75" TV (not an inexpensive TV) for just over a week and am running into things that I am not liking. These "little" things that are creeping up are making me seriously think of returning it for another brand. Thanks for any information/help anyone can  provide.
