Roku pro remote glitching remote don’t work without charger being plugged in

My roku pro remote don’t work unless the charging cord is plugged in the percentage keeps jumping on and off and saying different batteries percentage

    We'd like to understand this issue you're having with. Could you tell us how long you've been using your remote and when did you start seeing this issue occur? Have you also tried using a different power cord and adapter to if that relieves the issue?

    Tell us more about this so that we can further look into it.
