Roku Premiere Won’t Connect to New TP link AX3000 Router - Error Code 14.30

Brand new TP Link dual router. I changed the SSID for both to identify the 2.4 and 5G connections. I’ve literally restarted the router and the Roku at least 10 times. I even did a Restore to Factory settings. I continue to get error code 14.30. I’ve tried changing the channels to 1,6 and 11 on the 2.4 channel since I know the Roku only sees that network. I am able to connect the Roku to my mobile hotspot.  Other devices can connect to the 2.4G network. 

I did restart the router and the Roku after every change I made on the router settings btw  

I’ve been at this all day and have run out of options. I need help. Thanks in advance.

  • Check the networking modes that the router is supporting.  If it is set to just g/n, change it to b/g/n.  Some? Rokus don't get along with some routers when b is disabled.
