Roku premiere remote needed?

Hello all, I lost my remote some time ago and now recently my router has **bleep** the bed.  Is there any way to get Roku box on new network with phone? Even though the Roku box cannot connect to a network.   I’m pretty sure I already know that I will need a new remote, just sucks cause I’m geographically challenged in that I live in a small town and post office just went on strike.  Anyways if anyone knows off a way that would be great

    Do you know the network name (SSID) and password of the last network it was connected to?  If so, it may be possible to set up your phone as a hotspot mimicking that network and use another phone/tablet connected to the same hotspot as a remote.  If you don't know or you factory reset it, you'll need a physical remote.
