Roku Premiere Model 3920X Will not load

I am having this exact problem.  Did you get it resolved?

The weirdest thing is I have two 3920X devices and BOTH failed at the same time.  I wonder if there was a firmware update that caused this.  I've tried everything I can think of/find to get them going, but no luck.

Bummer.
