Roku Premiere keeps resetting

My Roku Premiere keeps restarting over and over, then losing signal with the TV, or the screen just goes black then restarts again

    Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the Roku Premiere. We'll be more than happy to assist you further. 

    Please try using a power adapter on the wall if you are currently using a TV USB port for power. (Any 5volt, 1amp cell phone charging adapter should work). If you are currently using a power adapter at the wall, try swapping it out with another one and see if that resolves the issue.

    If the problem still persists, keep us posted.
