ROKU PIN says incorrect when it's not

Need to use Parental Controls PIN

Gives me "Incorrect PIN," but I know it's correct. I've even changed it twice on myroku.com to have fresh ones. I've done System Restart. I've checked for updates. I've made sure I'm logged in on the TV under the same account I'm logged into at roku. I've made sure my device is listed on my roku account. NOW WHAT?

    I assume this is within "The Roku Channel"?  If you remove the PIN altogether, does that setting seem to work?
