Roku Photo Streams just keeps saying trying to connect to internet and it is

My Roku TV on photo stream keeps clocking saying unable to connect to internet and is retrying. But it IS because I can stream Netflix fine. My iPhone which I uploaded the photos to the Roku were on my 2G part of my internet this has worked but when I try to change the 100 new photos slideshow it fails every time!

    Thanks for the post.

    We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you but need more detailed information. Can you please provide us the following information:

    • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    • version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
    • tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
    • steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
    • screenshot of the message you are seeing on screen when this issue occurs

    Once we have more details, we will be able to assist you further.
