Roku Parental Controls & Finding devices I still have and what ones need deleted so Isit

How do I know what Roku devices are the ones I currently have and I'm using when? I sign into the Roku website and want to remove one of them, but I'm not sure if it's even a device I still have... 

I need to set up parental controls, aka a pin, so made child can not download YouTube & I set a pin and it doesn't ask for it. I'm guessing it's because somehow my Roku isn't linked to me?

    In your account you can look at your list of linked devices, and on Rokus you can go to settings -> system -> about and make sure the email address matches your account.
