Roku onn television stuck on recovery mode

Please HELP!! My Onn Roku Tv has been stuck on a recovery mode loop for awhile now. Any suggestions on how to fix this??!!

    Please be advised that we are aware of this issue, and the appropriate Roku team is diligently investigating it to identify the root cause and implement the necessary fixes.

    In the meantime, please help us provide these required details so we can send additional information for the investigation to the appropriate Roku team:

    • Roku device or TV model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
    • Tracker ID: press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID (kindly skip if this option is unavailable).
