Roku no longer shows hotel or dorm prompt when I try to connect to public/hotel/dorm wifi

Roku no longer shows hotel or dorm prompt when I try to connect to public/hotel/dorm Wi-Fi. Called Roku multiple times and they make you reset to factory settings, but it does not fix the issue.  Roku refuses to admit it has an issue. They tell you to call the Hotel to fix the issue, but it is a Roku issue because Roku no longer shows hotel or dorm prompt. They refuse to fix the issue.

    We appreciate you informing us about this connectivity issue. I'm here to assist. Have you noticed different Wi-Fi names when scanning for networks? 

    In the meantime, try connecting your Roku device to your mobile hotspot and tell us if it works.
