When you have multiple devices unable to see the TV, that makes me believe your wireless network has a security setting enabled that blocks connected devices from seeing other network devices. This setting is common on public networks (hotels, libraries, coffee shops, etc.) but is usually not enabled on a home network. It's possible that a firmware update has switched that setting on, or if your ISP controls your router (usually the case with a rented router/modem from your provider) they might have turned it on without telling you. If this is the case, you might not be able to turn it off yourself, as often the ISP will not allow the user access to many of the router controls. This is why my cable modem (rented from Comcast) is in bridge mode and I use my own personal router to give me complete control of my network.
