Thanks for trying those steps! We understand that your Roku app won't connect to your Roku devices.
We'd like to know some information:
- Roku mobile app version.
- Are you using an Android or an iOS?
- Current OS/iOS version of the mobile device
- Have you tried using another mobile device to check if the same issue occurs?

I spoke to a tech via chat and found out my phone was switched to the mobile wifi instead of the house wifi, I didn' even know I had a mobile wifi, my bad. So the roku and phone wasn't wasn't on the same wifi causing it to not find device. Thanks for trying to help!
