Roku mobile app no devices found
I recently got a used Roku from my friend. I'm trying to connect my Roku account, using my phone, so it uses my information, instead of theirs. But for some reason, even though both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, it's telling me there's no devices on my network. What do I do?
The only way to change the account on a Roku device is to factory reset it and once you do that you must have a physical remote unless it's one of the few Roku devices that supports a wired connection.
