Roku menu sound not working please help

I recently bought a new 55' onn roku TV and every time it is turned off and then back on my menu sounds (like moving up, down left, right, home button, volume up or down) completely stop working. None of my app volume is affected. It works again if I restart my TV, but I don't want to restart it every morning just to have the menu sounds. Any ideas what could be causing this problem? My menu sound is on medium, and there's no software updates needed.

    Thanks for reaching out regarding your concern about Roku's Home screen theme sound.

    Please note that when you power on a Roku TV, it takes 5 seconds for the Home screen's theme sound to process. During this 5-second period, you won’t hear any sound. Once this duration has passed, the theme sound will become active.
