Roku Media Player Cutting Out

We have a TV set up behind the counter in our store that shows pricing and promotions. They are all .jpeg files that are loaded on a USB drive. We have done this for about nine months now and never had any issues. Yesterday I changed some of the slides (like I have dozens of times) and have had issues since. The slides will rotate for about 5 minutes then it cuts out and returns to the Roku main menu. I have unplugged, factory reset, software updated and everything else, but the issue still is happening. I tried Roku Support this morning, but they just had me repeat the things I had already done and then disconnected the chat before the issue happened again. Any advice on how to fix what is happening?

    Since you say you just changed the files, maybe one is corrupted?  Does it crash on the same photo every time?  Can you go back to the last working set of files or try adding them a few at a time?

    If you search the Channel Store for "USB", you'll find a few alternatives to RMP.  I have no experience with any of them, so I can't recommend one.
