Roku looping turns off and off

Need help. All of a sudden my Roku is just looping off and on. And the suggestion to go to Roku screw and change settings isn’t an option because when it’s up there is not enough time to do it before it loops 🔁 again and restarts over. I’ve Che and tv works fine once I disconnect the Roku - express 4kplus- please help

    Try using a different power source.  If you're using the TV's USB port to power the Express, try a USB power adapter that can supply at least 1 Amp plugged into the wall.  If you're already doing that, try a different one.
