Roku Live TV has a low-quality resolution

Hi all,

My Roku 40" TV has poor quality when using live TV. I haven't had this with previous TVs, including previous Rokus. I only got this TV earlier this year (refurbished), and I don't think it was like this when I first got it. When streaming using the internet, it's fantastic quality.

I've tried all the other fixes, including searching for updates and manually changing picture mode and specific settings. I've gotten it to the best quality I can, but it is hampered by the resolution. It looks like 720p at most to be honest I've spent the past 2-3 months looking for a fix and nothing has worked.
