Roku is frozen when turned on

TCL Roku TV, had it for a couple years and for some reason now is not able to respond to itself/over responding.

If I turn it on (just once) for the next twoish minutes it will go on a back and forth cycle of turning on to the red loading screen then off then back on.

Ive tried with the remote, and the power button on the bottom. The app wont connect.

Ive tried unplugging twice.

Greetings, and welcome to the Roku Community.

It seems like you're having a power issue with your TCL Roku TV which can be rooted in its hardware aspect. We understand how this affects your streaming experience, and we're sorry to hear about the troubles. For this matter, we'd recommend following the steps below:

    1. If you're using a power strip/extension to power your TCL Roku TV, we recommend plugging it in directly to a wall outlet
    2. If it's directly plugged into a wall outlet, kindly attach the cables of your TCL Roku TV firmly and plug it in once more.

Once these steps are performed and the issue still persists, we'd highly suggest contacting TCL directly and informing them about the issue you've encountered. Roku TV manufacturers provide direct support with their TV models, and they'll be in a better position to provide you with further assistance.

You can contact them at TCL Support

We hope this will be sorted out soon.

    Best wishes.
