ROKU homepage and individual channels

Hello,

For the last 3 days, I am getting a voice recording that lasts about 20 seconds whenever I turn on ROKU and also when I switch channels. This sounds like an annoucement of some sort but I cannot understand in what language and it interferes with the program. After about 20 seconds, that annolucement goes away. How do I get rid of this altogether? Thank you
