Roku home screen problem the free apps are not being shown on the home screen

Hi

I just installed my Roku Express 4K and created an account.

The problem Ihave is that home screen only shows the Netflix app and does not show any other app.  I need channel 4, channel 5, IT X and BBC I Player apps

 

help please

    Thanks for bringing up your concern about the apps on your home screen. We're here to help!

    Did you install the app? If you did, but it’s still not showing up, try restarting your device. Just head to Settings > System > System Restart.
