Roku freezes during setup

We switched cable providers and one Roku is not working. We changed the batteries in the remote, unplugged/plugged back in. Then did several factory resets. It freezes on the screen that says your tv supports 4k get help or continue with 1080. I can’t make any selections at all after that. The other tv and Roku works fine.

    In addition, what Roku model device are you using? How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into a wall outlet?

    If the problem still persists, please keep us posted on what you find out.
