Roku Express with Harmony Universal Remote

I hope that answer helped you.  I have the same double-click problem, but it only happens on my #Ultra.  It's only in some apps; Disney, Paramount and Hulu do it, Netflix and Apple do not.  It happens consistently with all 3 of my Roku remotes. They have fresh batteries (except the one that's USB charged), and all report >90% charge.  Anyone got ideas
