I have fixed the issue.The HDMI cable that came with the Express wouldn't show video after the update.I replaced it with a high-speed cable and the video appeared instantly.

I'm still having the same issue but I can hear sounds after the reboot like it has restarted but there is no video.The video is fine during initial setup until it updates and reboots.Then the audio is there but no video
