Roku Express w wired connection won't recognize remote
I have a Roku 4K for ethernet but it won’t speak to the remote. I have unplugged but still nothing

So we know exactly what model number you're speaking of, what's the model number written on the device somewhere (or from Settings->System->About) if you can get there. Is it a voice remote with TV controls, a pairing button, or microphone button or is it a simple remote without any of those?
