Roku express unable to connect to new wifi

I have new wifi and lost my remote control, ive been using roku remote app to access my roku but i since i change the wifi i cant use the remote app. I reset as well the roku. How can i connect my roku to my wifi without remote? Thanks for answering.

    Sorry, but if by "reset" you mean "factory reset" where it starts on the "Let's get started" screen, you will need a physical remote.  There's no way around it.  Many cheap universal remotes support Roku devices.
