Roku Express not paring to Google Home

I am trying to connect my Roku Express to the Google Home app and every time I do, it tells me no compatible devices were found in your Roku account and tells me you may need to set up these devices ...

    Do you mean pairing to photo View 

    I reset my tv & all I got was error 500

    Tried it again today And it linked on the first try
