Roku Express not loading

Good afternoon, 

Our Roku express is not loading to the TV despite the power working to the device, the HDMI cord working, rebooting our internet and resetting the device.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it to work?

    Have you also thought of connecting the HDMI cable to another port? Also, is there any light coming from the device?

      Yes we did that as well with no resolution.  Any assistance will be appreciated.

        Just to double-check, may we know how your Roku is powered? Is it directly on the power outlet, or the TV's USB port? If through the port, can you try connecting it directly to a power source and see if that changes anything?

  • By 'not loading' do you mean the TV screen is blank? And if not, please define this. Also curious if you're able to go to settings>connection and see if the Roku finds your WiFi channel..Since the Express relies on WiFi and lacks Ethernet, there's a chance channel congestion is the culprit. The best way to find out is by installing WiFi Analyzer for Android or something similar for iPhone. Open the app, look at the channel graph and take note of how many others use the same channel. Log into the router, disable 'auto' from channel selection and choose one with less congestion
