Roku express not connecting to new internet

I have the Roku app for my remote because I’ve misplaced the remote somewhere around the house. I’m tryna to connect my Roku express to the new internet because I have changed over to a new internet service. How can I connect my Roku remote app to the new internet without a remote and with the service already being connected to the Roku express ?

    Yianna, you can't.  You either have to set up your new Wi-Fi to match the previous one (same SSID/network name and password) or get a remote.  Any cheap universal remote that supports Roku devices should work.
