Roku Express Model 3960X not seeing Home Wifi Network

Yesterday my Roku Express lost connection while streaming.  It has worked with no issues for over a year.  I restarted the modem and wireless router, and it isn't seeing any network available to connect to.  I entered private network options with no luck either.  I have a Roku TV and another Roku express that are connected with no issues.  I've also restarted the device multiple times but cannot get past the language home page, and then it can't see any network to connect to.

    Are you able to get it to connect to a mobile hotspot (if available to you)?

    If the device is seeing no networks at all, usually indicates a device failure/hardware issue.  To eliminate a power supply issue, try plugging it into a wall outlet with a 5volt, 1 amp power adapter (cell phone charger).
