Roku Express keeps rebooting non stop
How can I fix it? It did not finish its update. I have done everything. Different outlets, different power cords, different HDMI cables, new battery's in remote, factory reset. I'm stumped

Try a different USB power adapter/charger from a phone or tablet that can supply at least 1 Amp. If you're having trouble getting through the initial update, try connecting to your phone's hotspot, if possible, just to get past that step.
