Roku Express+ does not have remote options in settings

I have a Roku Express+ and is 10.50.0 software and says it is up to date. However, when I am trying to sync my Roku power and volume controls to my tv, I do not have the “remotes & devices” option listed under settings. Please help.

    Jdmn600  The Roku 3710 was released back in 2016 and is no longer manufactured. There is probably no power button or volume buttons on your remote right?

    Which model Roku Express+ do you own? The older models do not have tv power or volume control.

      We have model 3710. Not sure if that’s considered old.

        Sorry but yes that is one model of Roku express+ that is IR only. All express+ after could have wifi remote paired to them.
