Roku Express connection problem

I have been having the same connection issues with my Roku box as all the others in the thread. I came here to see if I wasn't alone. Nope. I troubleshooted following everything I could find on this website. No changes.

Model 3900RW-Roku Express

I have the latest update available.

    Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? Are there any error codes or messages you're seeing on the screen when you connect?
    Have you tried restarting your Roku device and router to see if that helps resolve the issue you're experiencing? In addition, have you tried an alternative way to power your Roku device?
    We'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you've taken so far to resolve the issue.
