Exact same thing is happening to my remote. I purchased the new 4K in December and it suddenly stopped working today. Brand new batteries and I have tried resetting it. The green light blinks but nothing's happening. I've unplugged the Roku device as well but no luck.

If you are still unable to resolve the issue of your remote, can you please provide the serial number/device ID on your Roku device? I'll be able to assist you further from there.
