Roku Express 4k+ No sleep feature to turn off/adjust. Left TV on came back 5 hrs later TV asleep

So how do we reach someone at Roku?? The remote has no timer setting and no bandwith setting on the menu. ... My problem: I put on the TV to HELP me go to sleep, but when it clicks off, it wakes me up! I want to DISABLE the "internal" sleep timer that Roku has put in place.  I pay extra for unlimited streaming so I expect to not be woken up every 2 hours when my tv clicks off.  Any help is appreciated.  (Edit: it is NOT my tv, the sleep timer function on my tv is set to OFF.)

    We'd love to assist you further with this issue that you're having with the Roku Express 4K+. Please be advised that the sleep timer is only available on the Roku TV. Would you mind giving us a photo or video of your running problem?
