Roku express 4k hotspot not connecting

Hi i recently bought roku express 4k for when im working and want to connect it on my hotspot but it wont let me, anyone ever had this issue ?

    In this case, we would recommend performing a network reset on the device and see if that applies.

    To proceed, please see the information below.

    Reset the network connection

    1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
    2. Scroll and select Settings.
    3. Select Advanced system settings.
    4. Select Network connection reset.
    5. Select Reset connection.

      Thanks for the tips, i tried restarting all devices to start fresh (iphone, samsung tablet) still gives me a error that it couldnt connect also i have good signal it just wont go on my hotspots
